These ladies are a powerhouse! Now in their second year of development, having completed six months of cooperative business classes, crafted their business plan and by-laws, they are now successfully incorporated in MA as E.C.C. Services LLC (short for Ecuadorian Cleaning Cooperative) and run as a worker cooperative.

They continue meeting weekly with Lillian, Roots & Dreams co-op developer, to learn and tackle back office skills, including book-keeping and invoicing, and will be attending cooperative classes as they map out a Berkshire wide marketing plan. Having six months longevity in their first cleaning contract with St. Stephen's church, they now seek additional commercial contracts.
